Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems & Finance Administrator to manage and support key business systems, assist with financial reporting and provide general administrative support to the executive team. This individual will be responsible for the administration, first-line support, and training for Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, while also supporting the finance team with reporting and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Administration & Support (70%)
- First-line support and administration for:
- Microsoft Power BI (user support, troubleshooting, basic report creation, ISP management).
- Microsoft Business Central (finance support, data integrity, system updates).
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM (user management, training, system efficiency).
- Train staff to enhance system use and efficiency.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Coordinate with external service providers to resolve issues and improve systems.
- Oversee IT service provider to ensure organisational IT needs are met.
- First-line support and administration for:
- Finance Support (20%)
- Assist CFO and Financial Manager with reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations.
- Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Contribute to financial process improvements and business analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy across financial and operational systems.
- Executive & Ad Hoc Support (10%)
- Support executives with data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance.
- Assist with project implementation and process optimisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- IT degree (or similar) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role/environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse data effectively.
- Finance experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with outsourced IT service providers is a plus.

Remuneration
+- R37 000 per month (including Group Life and Pension Fund contributions).
